I intended to use the 200 grams as listed (1 cup US), per your suggestion. But my cup was full and I was at about 130 grams. I decided to go with that, since the US equivalent is one cup of flour. Can you confirm whether I should have used more? I looked up, and it said online that 1 cup of flour is about 120 grams. Thanks!
