Hi Norine! 200 g is the correct amount for this recipe. I’ll look into why the conversion isn’t translating correctly. I appreciate you letting me know. I’m interested to know how they turned out with 1 cup though? Please let me know.

I am making your cookies as we speak, and the dough is in the refrigerator chilling. However, I had a question on the recipe quantity for flour. I intended to use the 200 grams as listed (1 cup US), per your suggestion. But my cup was full and I was at about 130 grams. I decided to go with that, since the US equivalent is one cup of flour. Can you confirm whether I should have used more? I looked up, and it said online that 1 cup of flour is about 120 grams. Thanks!
